私たちは、個人の誠実さが健全な地域社会の基本であると信じています。
FDRにおける「誠実さ」の活動は、コミュニティのメンバー全員が共有するコミットメントです。
私たちのコミュニティは、インクルージョンの定義とインクルージョンの指標（下記参照）により定義されるように、コミュニティのすべてのメンバーが、知られ、評価され、見られ、耳を傾けられていると感じられる、学習者中心のインクルーシブな環境を育成することを目指しています。このコミットメントにより、私たちのコミュニティは、言葉と行動を一致させ、選択の結果に責任を持ち、自分自身と他者を尊重して接することで、誠実な生活を送ることができるようになります。
誠実さの定義
私たちのコミュニティのすべてのメンバーは、一貫して自分の言動を一致させ、自分の選択の結果に責任を持ち、自分自身と他者を尊重して接します。
私たちの誠実さの定義は、ミッションに沿った3つの戦略目標の1つに直接由来しています。
- 卓越した教育を追求するために、多様な学習経験を探求し、共有することに一貫して取り組む（学習への情熱を追求する）。
- 自分の言動と行動を一貫して一致させ、自分の選択の結果に責任を持ち、自分自身と他者に敬意をもって接する（誠実な生活を送る）。
- 地域社会の課題に対する持続可能な解決策のために、社会的責任のある変革者として行動することを選択する（社会的責任のある解決策を創造する）。
インクルージョンの定義
インクルージョンとは、すべての人が尊重され、価値を感じ、コミュニティに属していることを示すために、私たちが考え、行動することです。
Inclusion is the way we think and act to show that we are all respected, feel valued and belong within our community. We have 5 Indicators of Inclusion @ FDR.
